What happens if my ant is dead on arrival?
At American Ant Store, we strive for a hassle-free experience. Unlike other stores, you do not have to pay extra for a live arrival guarantee when shopping at American Ant Store. Receiving your ant dead on arrival from American Ant Store is rare but can happen! Should your ant arrive dead on arrival we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you! We do ask that you send a picture of the dead ant to support@americanantstore.com prior to us resending your order!
