The American Ant Store 5-Day Ant Guard™ program provides extra peace of mind when ordering live queen ants and ant colonies online. Every order already includes our Live Arrival Guarantee, but Ant Guard extends protection beyond delivery and helps cover your colony during the first few days of adjustment.
With 5-Day Ant Guard, if your queen ant dies within 5 days of confirmed delivery, we will provide one complimentary replacement, subject to the conditions below.

What the 5-Day Ant Guard™ covers

What voids the 5-Day Ant Guard™
To protect the welfare of the animals, 5-Day Ant Guard does not apply in the following cases:

Package left unattended or uncollected for extended time

Ants exposed to extreme heat or cold

Ants placed into gel ant farms

Ants kept in obviously unsuitable setups

Accidental crushing of the queen or physical trauma

Escapes due to improper housing

Feeding contaminated food
-
Intentional neglect or mistreatment

Failure to follow basic care instructions

Failure to report DOA within 3-hour live arrival window
Gel ant farms are not appropriate habitats for live ant colonies. Any colony placed into gel products is immediately excluded from coverage.
