Customer photo review of Ruby Chestnut Carpenter Ant (Camponotus castaneus)

She arrived happy and healthy! She arrived yesterday so we’ll see how she does but she arrived with several workers which was a bonus because I only ordered a queen. Shipping only took a little longer which I don’t mind at all and support was very quick to respond.

Ruby Chestnut Carpenter Ant (Camponotus castaneus)

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter who has been interested in ant keeping. It was extremely well received and the colony is thriving. They are strong foragers and started hauling seeds within the first day.

Desert Harvester Ant (Pogonomyrmex rugosus)

They arrived well! In my lack of knowledge I thought all ants liked sand or soil so i have ordered the wrong ones for my farm! not sure how to proceed from here.

Ruby Chestnut Carpenter Ant (Camponotus castaneus)

Colony arrived alive and is settling in nicely, worker count was a hair lower than i expected. docking one star for that but really happy overall

Red Harvester Ant (Pogonomyrmex barbatus)

this was my first ever ant colony and i was so nervous about it dying in the mail but it arrived totally fine. queen is doing great and ive been learning so much watching her.

Soldier Big-Headed Ants (Pheidole militicida)

ordered in the middle of a heat wave and was sweating bullets waiting for the package. zero issues, everyone arrived alive and the packaging was smart.

Common Honeypot Ant (Myrmecocystus mimicus)

came back for another colony after my first order went so well. same great quality, same solid packaging. not going anywhere else. The honeypot workers are so cool to watch, already seeing a couple start to swell

Little Gold Honeypot Ants (Myrmecocystus navajo)

Delivery was prompt and the packaging protected the colony perfectly. The queen is active and the workers are already tending brood.

Pogonomyrmex bicolor

I returned for a second purchase after my first colony thrived, and the experience was equally positive. A trustworthy source.

Giant Big-Headed Ant (Pheidole rhea)

got it for my partner who has been wanting to get into ant keeping. they were thrilled and the colony is doing amazing.

Giant Big-Headed Ant (Pheidole rhea)

Myrmecocystus kennedyi

Red Harvester Ant (Pogonomyrmex barbatus)

using this for a homeschool science project and it is incredible. my kids have learned so much just from watching. colony arrived perfect.

Pheidole morrisii (Big-Headed Ant)

Arrived a day early honestly and everything was alive and well. the test tube still had good moisture which was a relief. Cant wait to see the repletes fill up with all that golden nectar

Red Honeypot Ant (Myrmecocystus placodops)

I reached out with a shipping question and the response was prompt and helpful. The colony itself arrived in flawless condition. A few repletes are already starting to swell with stores, which is exactly what I was hoping to see.

Common Honeypot Ant (Myrmecocystus mimicus)

fourth order from here now and it keeps being great. quality is just consistent, which is rare. this is my go to shop. The soldiers with the giant heads are hilarious and awesome

Pheidole morrisii (Big-Headed Ant)
